While reading some Glass Door Reviews online, I saw an interesting post. A person got a CS PIP/MPC position with just a phone interview. SO SAD and FRUSTRATING! There are several CS positions available in the Dallas HUB that are hiring externally. In September, there were over 120 CS positions available to apply for internally. This is a natural promotion for Express associates, yet Express is being held back until at least January. Meanwhile, State Farm promotes from the outside. Many associates are holding on...for now. There is no incentive to stay as a CA. The highest one can obtain is a PA-3. No other incentive to stay, except hoping promotions come through.

I have a recent experience where a referred applicant was contacted to schedule their interview, given a time and a date. The time and date came and went and no one ever called them for the interview. The recruiter never responded to voicemail messages asking WTH happened to the interview. But hey, I am the one left looking like an A-hole because I can't even get the hiring manager or HR to respond.
And they’re probably interviewing someone posing as the applicant. 😂
I had an hr rep sitting right near me who did phone interviews for other state. Hiring people by phone, in another state, starting pay $18+ an hour for various claims service positions. They used to have a 3 person interview, in person. It's crazy!
