There will be no engage to excel survey in 2018. They will run again in March though

They way it is setup as well, the people responsible and accountable get to hide, it is all the people in between.... so much of disasters all over the place.
The last survey was an unmitigated disaster and if anything morale has slumped even further if that is at all possible. Schlumberger should stop listening to money grabbing, id--tic advisors and save a yard full of cash. You pay your managers way too much and they should at least know the answers.
Agree, no time to get cross-train now even though there was a plan of actions after the survey. Just work and work more. Keep laying off people who worked hard and keep people who don’t know how to do work just because they are cheaper. How these people could produce more revenues? Good plan SLB!
