There was talk about changes being made to severance a while back, if I remember correctly. Has anything come out of that?

Look at your benefits handbook all you need to know is in there
This will happen at the next union contract negotiation. Expect other cash payments to go away also for early retirees.
Have not heard of any changes, past or current, to the severance package. Where did you hear it was changing? What kind of change did you hear?
