We have 3 AMO Mgrs that do nothing but study and filter last months data and submit reports that no one gives a sh-- about. Why not have them pro actively looking at running the business at hand and ensuring the product and services are going smoothly. Really we have accounting staff to handle this low wage data collection. Paying a AMO 100k to 200k per year to filter out last months order completions and back orders is surely no recipe for success.
