Mostly accurate but shifted to May now due to the legal issues.
Its obvious from last AHM that cost initiatives are forefront..........that massive Hyderabad campus is accelerating and temp offices coming in 2019. SD based ? Get your exit plans rolling.......

I heard something to that effect (6% layoff which is not that significant). Ofcourse these are unconfirmed rumors.
Maybe even before Mar, ie, the Central American LGBTs have arrived at the boarder and are ready to accept your old jobs!

Hello everyone.
Unfortunately new RIF/Geo-shifting/ Resource Optimization plan is in process.
1,000 US reduction is on the lower end of the headcount scenarios being considered. Keep in mind the optimal ratio of high cost(US) / low cost (India) headcount is still in the 1/3:2/3 range.
We are still a couple thousand (headcount) away from the general corporate strategic target.
Plan accordingly.

New campus is taking forever in executive minds. I bet theyll setup some temporary huts to get the hiring rolling.
The $hareholders care nothing as to how many of the rank-and-file employees suffer so long as their wallets grow thicker. Pink Floyd summed them up well in their song "Money" and if you couple that with the floating Pig from their Animals album you have the complete picture. Oink.
