I left SF because of point system. Tell me more about it being removed. What replaces it?

It wasn’t broke someone who didn’t know what they were doing thought it needed

OMG the points system, I hope they didn’t pay anyone for this program. Total train wreck. When u get to end nobody give a heck about the points. Let’s just get th job done like we did i the past.
All VP levels need point system they would be in the negative quick. It’s going to read total mismanagement in the case study.
Yes for employees in Complex, Injury and PiP/MPC claims. For CA level employees in Express and ILR it is still in effect with what appears to be some tweaks to how points are accrued. Cannot answer for any other departments.
