Is the RSU grant sited here per year or the total grant value for 3 years?
Staff Level: 3% Raise/10% bonus/~24K RSU
nothing exciting but better than nothing considering how poorly we are doing.
Completed final interview (elsewhere) and now waiting to see if I was selected. I know there are three finalist and last interview is today.
Wish me luck.
I'm devastated to leave but SM GD and CA have gutted Q. Sad, sad, sad oh so very sad.

it's average base in bay area
148 K for staff seems bloated, 125 to 130 is optimal
base 148 for staff and 175 s. Staff seems wrong for general
I think some folks in demanding department might have it.

2.5%/21K/37K.
Looks like the RSU seems to be the variable part as some seem to even get double. Maybe the attrition in the group got unused RSU to spread
Very nice 2.5/20k/55k for 3 rating Sr Staff. How about the award for Staff Engineer?
It's relative, just means he was getting screwed @staff level.
