Staff Level: 3% Raise/10% bonus/~24K RSU

nothing exciting but better than nothing considering how poorly we are doing.

Completed final interview (elsewhere) and now waiting to see if I was selected. I know there are three finalist and last interview is today.

Wish me luck.

I'm devastated to leave but SM GD and CA have gutted Q. Sad, sad, sad oh so very sad.

Your numbers look good. Mind sharing how you got the summer rsu grant? As long as anonimity allows of course..

148 K for staff seems bloated, 125 to 130 is optimal

Wow! 17.5% rise to Sr Staff! Extremely significant!

What the typical base for Staff vs Sr Staff?

Same as most: For 3, Sr Staff:

2.5%/21K/37K.

Looks like the RSU seems to be the variable part as some seem to even get double. Maybe the attrition in the group got unused RSU to spread
