$22/hr, 3 years, ATL.

For the record, when I worked for a unionized grocery store (Kroger) in an equivalent position, with MORE seniority, I made $10/hr. That was 3 years ago.

we needto get rid of astl’s!

they just move them around when they fail and stores are forced to deal with them when sh-- hits the fan.

team members will not come to work if they know a specific astl is there !

we have no closers due to him!

TL here n this is how much i get paid with 15yrs + i will be getting about $92750 w $37/hr NOT INCLUDING OT & bef the $2 raise i was at $88k

You might wonder how i came up w that number wo OT. You will have to figure it out.

So no, no one else takes care of you the same way WFM does. & yes there are ASTLs that make more than $100k/yr.

Im grateful for WFM it has helped my fam a lot. And all of you people out there go ahead & quit & see if other similar companies will pay more or the same.

ASTLs and STLs no longer get bonuses that are tied to a stores profitability, so no more crazy big money for those running super busy stores. This was eliminated by Amazon along with eliminating gainsharing for TMs below ASTL.

No need for Glassdoor. Go ask your PBS/TMSS what your higher ups make... They'll tell you.

In my region no TLs make 35 or 37 an hour. The pay range for that position tops out around 30 or so.

ASTLs truly can make $100k. It would be someone who has a lot of years in (so a lot of yearly raises) or someone at a store that is crazy busy that throws off big bonuses to store leadership. ASTLs start out at something more like $70k. Depending on who their STL is they may be working 40 hours a week or 60 hours a week. Some get a good gig and some work for a-holes.

$19.50/8 years/Whole body team member. I got a significant raise years ago when I took on a position that was I later stepped out of. My pay should have been reduced, but general incompetence on my store leadership's end means that nobody noticed and nothing changed. I don't feel guilty about it at all.
