Well.... I’ll just chime in because I feel this post needs a little positivity!

My store is holiday ready. Maybe a few weeks ago, and last week, we were a bit frantic. But what thanksgiving and Christmas doesn’t have a little chaos? All my pies have been baked and packed a day before we had planned because we had the time. The space? No way but we will make it work. Everything is done so we can help customers. I’m sorry everyone else has such a negative experience.

our previous female stl who moved on to greener pastures was having innapproprite relations with her team members who just happened to get promoted!

they make all leadership take it but regional are the worst at the favoritism and neopotism policy!

nope !

we all over schedule to get ready for the ec visit to make it look like regional & global programs are working .

check labor report prior to visits and post visits do they seem to aling nope !

ots & oos are just a screw up from uneducated team members being promoted to high positions due to their friendships.

you have no idea my previos stl in nc was banging le---an team members in her position.

it’s clear wfm leadership is not held to the same standards as all team members!

We have large stuffed toys selling for: $84.00 to $99.00 a pop. How's that for holiday spirit?

we are not ready norcal has issues hiring since all the extra add ons but not labor increase !

they add tasks but the labor % stays the same and pulls people off the floor .

we are no longer here for the customer but to please regional and global leadership!

amazon has internal sabotage from mediocre wfm leadership.

nope our local nc regional coordinator has way too many mistakes that trickle down to stores and hold teams accountable.

here in nc our coordinators can’t figure out what planograms to use changed it 3 times all pre orders for the holidays are submitted .

can’t wait to get chewed out due to their mistake and not being in ots planogram.

we need amazon to step in.

all regional does is say we need team member accountability but the problem is accountability doesn’t roll up hill they get away with hurting amazon share holders.

bezos needs to apply the if whole foods doesn’t do good you don’t do good policy to all wfm executives!

It's almost as if we don't want holiday business. I'm quite disappointed; I feel so old school looking around at the drab conditions and lack of holiday excitement that usually comes this time of year. Everything feels so dialed down, not just labor either. No fancy demos or relevant tastings, as if there is a hiatus on anything " extra ". My subteam usually thrives this time of year, so I'm just throwing out whatever playbook is going on and do what I know works, and as long as it looks good - nobody complains.

Hahaha. No labor for the Holiday Table. Shorting our orders and allocations. Global trying to have all people order online and guests complaining our service in store doesn't exist anymore. It's ridiculous.
