I know nothing big is happening but are stealth layoffs still taking place? Haven't seen many posts on it lately, so I'm hoping for the best.

Another round of layoffs to happen in March 2019. Management has been informed. Some managers are denying they know. Targeting the understaffed and maintained.
Off-shored is the process of moving entire teams to India. It is happening by end of year.
Well over 600 claim reps had a QTD date of 11/30/18. Farmers is picking up a lot of our experienced claim reps. More perks.
yes - layoffs for externals are in progress. I'm told over 700 by the end of 2018.

The layoffs have slowed but are not over with. Most of the gray hair is gone. I’m still waiting anxiously for my turn.

Yes, externals are being either let go or reassigned.
