Wanted to upgrade my iphone but hate this gen due to INTC subpar modem. really want to have a Qcom one inside.

I am not going to buy an Apple device with a c-ap modem. So, if you are clumsy, you can still pick up a new iPhone 7 with a metal case or try your luck with the “unbreakable” glass cases on the 8 or X.
Google it and you will find out which phone models have Qualcomm inside. Don’t assume, unless it’s a watch series 3 LTE. I believe there is only one choice there regardless of carrier.
Never. The lawyers love the never ending litigation. Lines their pockets and pays the private school fees !! External legal firms have partners with contacts at FTC and they can drag in all out for another 2 years of fees.
