Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

I’ve been with State Farm over 25 years and filed a claim. Hold time averaged 15 minutes and the actual call 45 minutes.

Coverage and benefits explain d incorrectly, and at one point my claim was denied, due to it being 30 days post loss.

The process was laborious, frustrating and disappointing.

I feel sorry for customers that are not being afforded coverage, being denied based on SCP. I

To the person asking why I waited 10 days. Don’t so quick to make a bad assumption. I called everyday. Hold time averaged 15 minutes, and the actual call an additional 15 to 20 minutes.

I’ve spent hours on this claim calling, and trying to get one to do something

@W1zvD0m-czns Agero s---s but I have to ask.....if the car was not towed for 10 days why not pick up the phone and call State Farm instead of complaining that no one called you? As the owner of the car, no one can care more about your claim then you can.

And the vendor (Agerro ?)that’s responsible for towing. 10 days without towing car to shop for repairs and no follow up by claims. Finally arranged my own towing, that took place same day.

Hey, I can totally understand your problem and loss. After reading of this I suddenly remembered about the incident happened at my aunty house. In summer days The cylinder in her kitchen got burst and thus this caused the electrical and fire damage in her home. This cost her high for the restoration of the things. So she decided to contact the insurance company for the claim and getting the coverage amount. But at the last moment, the insurance company denied the fact of such agreement and thus had to take some helpful hints from the public adjusters like public adjuster orange county ( https://www.alliancepublicadjusters.com/public-adjuster-orange-county ) as she was living in the orange county. Public Adjuster finally helped her to get the maximum coverage amount over the damage caused by fire.

Recently, I filed a claim with Allstate....online. Never spoke with a rep. No problems, easy....online was so nice, email followups. LOVED IT! State Farm, not so much.

Fight them, file a dept of ins complaint, they will pay it.
