Are we abolishing CTO position or going to find a new one after this short lived CTO leaves at the end of year ?

Sabre is a good company overall.
It does have some challenges, but they are working on them
3 things
A. We lack product differentiators with competative advantages.
B. We certainly lack marketing talent (What we have is neither technically awesome or Marketing awesome) its like a mix of blah..
C. Most importantly we lack sales talent with the ability to drive solutions to closure.
Our win rate when we have to truely compete (and not just a renewal or a “throw-in” sale) is simply atrocious. Congrats Amedeus..
Weird. I don't think we have a technology problem. We have a Marketing problem.
