None I know received & HR seems to be busy painting rosy pictures in RSU pricing... so I am suspecting some internal changes to AR18.
If you have received your appraisal, please post your numbers...

Pretty sure the percentages here are bonus. For Principal the bonus seems to be about 23 or 24% for a 5 rating. So this is pretty consistent with the info here.
Completely unbelievable unless he was just promoted to sr staff.
18% increase? unbelievable
Senior Staffs with rating 3 get 12% and 4 get 18%. Seems to be linear trend for rating 5. I dont know about Principals. Pls post. The RSUs are 1.5x bonus or more.
