HR folks in any company are very simple and security driven. Show them couple of movies and be like them , then you can win them over. Q HR is very very emotional. Intel HR is task driven and directly act without thinking anything else. Once action is over then they start thinking. Lol you guys.

@hik: true observation, I noticed that as well. On boarding HR was an attractive hot young lady. The exit HR lady was obese grumpy old lady. It is like we don't like to see you again!
I love HR because they are so good in shooting at their own feet. Tell them fact : everything depends on sales and by this only statement they think you are sales person. They forgot all work you did 7+ years as verification engineer. Now they are reaping reward of their own shooting from apple.
