No hope to stay in this rotten place. Most jobs will be transfer to India in 10 years. You will be throw into trash bin once you finish your teaching role. Look at the super top heavy structure. The chance you can grow like none.

Most jobs would be geoshifted in 2 year sir so
I absolutely see no reason for young people to join Qualcomm or stay in Qualcomm unless you are like me old timer resting and vesting

When a company is like this, everyone is to be blamed. Q management is corrupted, engineers are not top notch either.
