What cx stands for ? They merged tac and advanced services to cx. How is this organization doing these days ?

Massive layoffs on the way for our made-up CX division and just lots of confusion in the ranks. Poor communication from just as confused managers on a monthly basis.
Rumors of 1/3 people not being here by December. Due to $27m Maria joining bonus= no budget for training, promotions, or travel. Avoid.
About to lay off about 30-40% of people. AS was very bloated with headcount, TS not nearly as bloated. Merging the 2 means a bloodbath.
