I believe my manager is allowing people to sc-ap wafers and wants to crash this ship. No accountability. If I cost the company more than my annual salary I would hope I was fired. It’s disheartening to say the least. Back to trying to do my best I guess.

Very easy to assume which module manager in AME you’re referencing. Culture needs to change. Goodluck wirh your HR submission.
Actually I do work at GF (at least for the next few days) and it doesn't work. I reported a clear ethics violation and nothing was done. Manager is still there and in good standing even after all the layoffs. HR protects the managers since they know the dirt on the higher ups. (And you are fooling yourself if you think it is anonymous even to an outside company.)
guess you guys don't actually work at GF -- as mentioned in several classes (see trainings due by the end of October) and plastered on the entrance monitors and posters, there are ways to report this type of ethics violation to an independent company
if you have GF credentials, just search the word ethics in your mail, or take your required training, and you will know
Just write a letter on a piece of paper (remember those days?) and drop it off anonymously at the HR suite.
I agree. I think what original poster meant was that module managers are allowing personnel free passes when they are constantly damaging product. That’s too bad. How do you send in an anonymous tip to HR to investigate?
Sc-ap is better than sending c-ap to customers.
