If your store is less than an A volume be prepared for that store to close down.

Bbby needs to target the new generations, bbby needs to follow the footsteps of Best Buy...
Bring things that the younger generation will come into your store for...
And change up the bedding department, it’s grandma status..
Bring more electronics to the company, why not have a mobile cell phone center...
Become more of the beyond in visual aspects and maybe you will have more foot traffic and gear to online.. look to become the Amazon....
