An article just came out stating that TMs over $15/hr will receive $/1 an hour raise. Anyone know if there’s any truth to this? If they don’t compensate those of us who have been here for years, there will definitely be an uproar.

It's all rumors at this point. The only thing official is the $15 starting wage starting on 11/1/18. It took me 3 and a half years to get to $15 an hour. They better bump our wages up a bit as well and increase labor percentages but I am not holding my breath on any of that.
Does anyone have anything substantial on this ? The lack of information is causing more problems for morale than they had before.
Same amount in paycheck.

tl’s are not part of ghe bargaining chip so they are between team members and astl’s and above!

the poor guys overwork themselves for the store and the store leadership usually screws thems with shifty shifts closing all the time so they can go home early.
I am sorry but PBS is a joke now days.
What about us poor misunderstood and unappreciated PBSs? We do the work of 3 easily every day and that is not an exaggeration. Please say we get a $1.00 raise!

buyers/supervisors/atls get $1 raise, no raise for TLs.
It’s been awhile but we’ve been through this before in NorCal when the minimum was raised to 11.25. They didn’t give anyone any extra $1. Swallow or choke on it betch. Either way you’re taking it.
I agree fud. I'm constantly behind as a specialist and it's beyond maddening. Working hard as I possibly can and now getting only a .25 raise while all the new clueless TMs get a big 40% raise and our labor gets no increase.
What about labor? Will they give us a labor increase or is it expected that you have to do the work of 3 people now instead of 2 because you got a 25 cent raise? This labor stuff is killing us!! I can't do everything and I work non stop from the time I get there until I leave. It is never enough!!! Help!!!!!!
What about a specialist making 14.75/hr? Just a 25 cent raise? When dishwashers will be getting a 40% raise up to 15/hr, the 5-year TM who worked up and got smaller raises than deserved on Job dialogues only gets 25 cents? I gotta admit, it's a hard pill to swallow.

Probably if you are at 15 bump to 16
