There is something seriously rotten in this place and nobody seems to care to fix it. Last year turnover in my department was above 90 percent. This year is shaping up to be about the same. People are leaving for greener pastures and I can't blame them.
I think this is why we don't really have layoffs that often. No need for them if people self-terminate. Quite ingenious, when you think about it. No bad publicity and yet nobody stays long enough to earn proper pay.
Now if we could only turn that ingenuity to fixing what's wrong with the company...
