The level of incompetent, at the campus level, is staggering. The managers that are left keep digging a bigger hole that we will never climb out of. Somebody save us from them!!!

The root cause of UOP's existence are the "students" that ask for admission. These folks know they don't have the academic ability to attend a real university and earn a worthy degree. Hence, they enroll and pass their courses plagiarizing, complaining, etc. You'd better serve your agenda addressing the origin of the situation. Alas, you won't because it isn't PC, right?

I can’t believe we are still open. I feel like a used car sales person. It’s almost laughable. Actually, my colleagues and I laugh all the time how fast we are headed downhill.
It is the whole leadership everywhere.. did you see no more choices for health care.... benefits, pay, lack of leadership is killing this place... everyday why is this or that not done... keep treating us like sales people without the pay for it... A bunch of angry people and the HLC visits should be interesting...
