Has there been any change in Crawley Senior Management or HR in the last couple of years ? If not why not ?

Well seismic is at the bottom end of the oil industry, so you won't get good "management". Self preservation is probably the name of the game for the current managers. With their track record of failure, which other companies are going to employ them?

At Robertson, the impression was given that there would be a cull in management, along with a departmental restructure. It appears nothing has transpired.

the reason no seniors or hr have gone is because they are the ones who make the decisions. they not going to choose themselves.
