At what point do we have a SGM and start replacing board members and firing this management team? There have been a lot of investors buying in at $85 thinking this was the low and they have now been burned.
5B$ buyback done, 1B$ bridge financing announced, one EVP left due to restructuring, RF/DN vaporized. All these didn't stop, investors are getting nervous. But wait until Q3 earnings release call, which should happen end of this month. They could announce "something" in the earnings call because they must boost the stock. The fastest way to do would be a spin-off and opex (layoffs).
