The end of gainshare?

The end of gainshare?
They can afford to do it because the robots they're replacinge ial laborers with don't require benefits anyway.
I would gladly do without gain sharing to have a better labor budget. Get rid of stupid programs like tuition assistance and put that money towards the budget. Why give money to people who have no intention of using their degree to stay with us and the very part timers that don't care and do a lousy job. Start reinvesting in your hardworking full timers. Yes, of course their are exceptions to every rule.
Congratulations you played yourself. I’m sure gainsharing is going away.
$15 dollars to do a job a monkey could do is nothing to complain about.
I think they should restored labor budgets to something meaningful-to promote gainsharing and given everybody a 1$per hour raise...
Oh wow 15 dollars. That’s still garbage.
I seriously haven't gotten gainsharing in about 2 and a half years. The labor deficit is real, people.
Havent got that in years. I prefer the $15. Cant make everyone happy but the majority are happy with their new pay. Thank you Amazon!!!
What gainshare?
