I would gladly do without gain sharing to have a better labor budget. Get rid of stupid programs like tuition assistance and put that money towards the budget. Why give money to people who have no intention of using their degree to stay with us and the very part timers that don't care and do a lousy job. Start reinvesting in your hardworking full timers. Yes, of course their are exceptions to every rule.

I think they should restored labor budgets to something meaningful-to promote gainsharing and given everybody a 1$per hour raise...

Havent got that in years. I prefer the $15. Cant make everyone happy but the majority are happy with their new pay. Thank you Amazon!!!
