@hkb “fairly”? Are you serious? JF’s compensation for one year is more than the average person will earn in 2 lifetimes. He’s been treated MORE than fairly. The BOD should be hiring an outside firm to come in and audit the Immelt years. There are some real skeletons being hidden in the GE closet and JF wasn’t going to expose them...he was protecting JI’s legacy and that is not how we move forward and succeed.
I hope they don’t screw him over especially if he was delaying some of the deals to try to protect the pensions and employees.
In my opinion, John was doing a good job cleaning up Jeff’s mess and should be treated fairly.

He should get nothing. At his level, annual compensation is more than most regular folks can save in their lifetime. As far as I can tell, all JF did was make cheerleading videos and go on talk shows, further damaging the business every time he spoke. He would have done better by sitting in the office doing literally nothing.
