I'm really tired of being passed over for a promotion on account of people being brought in from the outside. For once, why doesn't this company have its recruiters focus on people within ? There are so many capable men and women here who are feeling overlooked and not appreciated. If it continues like this J.B. is going to see its best employees leave in droves. I can guarantee that.
I like working here, I really do. I like all people on my team, I enjoy the collaborative environment, pay is decent... And yet I've been looking to leave. I really hope those on top wise up before it's too late.
