i'm not sure about other sites but the one i work at is a nightmare. not even sure where to start. everybody here is completely unprofessional - they complain about routes, who they are working with, everything and anything they can find to complain about they will...
don't get me started on people they hire... if for once we can get somebody who actually knows how to use a simple hand tool I'll be overjoyed. no wonder our turnover is as high as it is...
safety is a joke, management is a joke, the entire site is a joke... as i said, i can't wait to leave this place...
