Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

But why is this board one of the most active on here? Why do so many people like to bag on Citrix? VMware, a direct competitor, has a board that is dead. There is something about Citrix that brings this on.

How about instead of changing the company ways, you just quit instead of whining on an anonymous forum? She didn't pat herself on the back. They took a poll. She discussed the results. She talked about the many good parts and the bad parts. She was emphatic that she and her team were listening and constantly working to improve. Not sure how you can possible whine about this. Go back to complaining about diversity training and how oppressed you are. Or, maybe do what healthy adults do when they have a concern at their workplace: Go to your boss and discuss it. Oh, and by the way, this is pathetic that I have to say this, but given the audience: Typing Sh--rix is not witty; it is stupid and childish. And, maybe that stupidity and childishness is why you are not content at Citrix and it has nothing to do with DK or a poll.
