Since people seem to be complaining here about J.B. let me add my 2 cents. Majority of management here is good for nothing. They are unprofessional, treat most of us like c-ap and not even trying to hide it when they have favorites. I mean, if you have rules what good are they if you won't apply them to all drivers equally???
Not to mention that we are usually blamed when their favorites screw up, so there's really no winning here unless you are a friend of somebody above you or if you have been here for long.
And God help you if you need help with something. You will be belittled for not knowing how to do something, you will be yelled at but you will not be given help you need.
Get new management!
