Can somebody recommend a good lawyer? or share any experience with this?

for sure. Still think the best way would be for those impacted to bring a case as a group.
With all the people that have lost full retirement benefits for just a few moths; the targeted layoffs to +40, women, people from other countries or any combination, retaliations; etc, there is a good feast for any lawyer!
Let me guess: you didn’t appreciate the mode of operation of COP, a typical American company? That is, squeeze every drop of productivity from you, causing you physical and mental harm, then giving you the boot, while the CEO collects his millions?
You can get a general advice, but not an actual name of a lawyer, as names are not allowed here (they don’t allow advertising either). Wish you well. Hope this turns out for you.

I would agree with that. They can be helpful, sometimes, though.
