I can’t wait to see when part timers are going to be keyholders and running the stores. If you can get them to show up, that will be a miracle. At least you won’t have to give them lunch breaks so the won’t be smoking joints in their cars like they do now. Pay people sh--, you get sh--. Sure you save on payroll, PTO, benefits, 401k and some sick time. Maybe they will close half the stores and become Destination Shopping like Costco is. 89k for a Department Manager? (Previous poster). That’s almost as much as an Ops Manager makes in the Bowlingbrook, Il area.

Give them unlimited sick time and control of their own schedule. Oh they will come to work, the easy no customers shifts like 5am 6am be off by 3 or 4, schedule themselves off weekends cuz omg there is some kind of kid thing puke...please please DMs see what's going on for God's sake
