I think we all knew it would be over sooner rather than later. Eddie had it all planned out to try to strip all the assets and keep milking the company dry. Nothing can save Sears right now. I feel bad for the employees, but I don't feel bad for the CEO. Hopefully his master plan back fires enough so that he gets nothing out of this like most of the employees will get All Sears and Kmart employees should plan their exit strategy.
