Stls are dropping like flys??? Why is everyone leaving maybe it’s the s--- a-- bonus structure for store leadership. Maybe the expectations are unrealistic ?either way like many of us we left because wfm is the worst place to work to be in store leadership!! RP and rvp s---s

in norcal they usually missuse their pcard or have inapproriate relations with team members .
they were eventually separated from wfm by tms but it did happen and that’s the problem.
sometime they are just transferred to other regions where they know nothing about stl’s innappropriate behavior from their previous store or at least team members are unaware of it.
STL's are paid far less than the competition, when bonuses are not viable- then STL's get paid what McDonald's Mgrs make- the scale was never brought up to date because of the little B_ _ _ _ that ran the Region for years. Many STL's are in place because of their relationships! The ones that actually work are screwed- Florida STL's are leaving in drones as well. It's a mess!!!
