Someone spill on the Enrollment meeting today. Most people are out on Friday.

I think the meeting was about farts? Big juicy smelly farts that tear through your undies like a fat kid in a pantry.
Instead of managing my incentive(recognition) they are going to try by fear. Enrollment now has an expectation (quota) of the number of Registrations per month per Rep. Fall below and there will be disciplinary action. October’s number is 11. Haha half of enrollment didn’t reach 10 for September.
I would love to see this happen. We have had 10 new hires over 5-6 years and ALL of them have quit. This is going to be interesting.

Gonna start firing people for not performing. They can be replaced with workers for less than half what their making currently
