I am currently at TC of 230k. Can I get close to $250k TC at G10 level ?

Does any meaningful work actually happen in RTP? Seems like everything there does internal IT and supporting legacy products with no customers like Spark.

Where do you live? I'm based out of San Jose and don't even get 230k as a grade 10 and I'm close to becoming a g11. 230 as a 10 doesn't sound right
I was only making about 150k TC as a G10, but was located in RTP. I joined another company and make 250k TC, base salary was almost double
