Does anyone believe the derivatives story with 14/12nm FinFET? RF is a weak case with FinFET. 22FDX is a dream.
Where is the vision, Mr. CTO?

Not "all senior people", it is only the "cool kids" that get the promos - ex-Chartered (Clique A) and ex-IBM (Clique B). If you are not a member of either of those clubs, you might as well either get busy living (looking elsewhere) or get busy dying (resign to the fact you are STUCK in your current job level forever).
It is quieter because it is the calm before the next Category 5 hurricane.
i didnt get layed off like some of my corkworkers but i like it bettor now because it is quiter.
Don’t underestimate “all senior people” – not easy to get promotions every 2 years even when one delivers on one’s promises and succeeds to improve bottom $$ line. To keep failing, losing big $$ and still getting promoted – that require certain skills! Can’t beat this legacy tribe, hard to join’em for not-legacy managers as some had tried – they are next to let go.
And don’t get surprised about “IBM Micro rev.3.0” under new name and new ownership what will open opportunities to keep/siege the leadership positions as was done well at GloBo acquisition of IBM Micro. All this derivatives stories – drum beating for external consumption – internal folks, industry experts or NCG visa carriers no difference, are just collateral damage of some KPI no matter how useless it is. “I’m accountable for serial failures and will resign” – that’s how success story would begin. I'm optimistic to see that happens, better sooner than later.
its all survived so far with stories sine its beginning. All senior people get promotion every 2 yrs without delivering anything and just making slides with full of lies .so nothing new ..Circus must go on with all these Jokers
