Small lay-off this time around. Cannot confirm larger lay-off this month but that’s what the rumors are.

I heard through the grapevine HR will begin layoff calls this morning at 8am.
It's a very good possibility. I have seen way too many VPs visiting groups to talk to management and not the front line for my liking.....
People please for the love of God find something else if this job is that valuable to you. This place is not worth it and you are not worth it to them as we are about to see.
This place deserves exactly what it gets. Windstream will soon be nothing more than a foot note in a business case of how not to manage a company.
