Question is, will the lawyers be able to convince the judge. Might as well go all in now that there is no way out, but i hope they have a good strategy otherwise credibility will sink. Just wish multiple companies would gather and attack apple together

Apple troll thinks judges are stupid.
A lawsuit based on something written on a free forum website? No. Solid proof the Apple is rotten.
Think about it, would Qualcomm file the suit if they didn’t have hard, irrefutable evidence? Apple got caught. And it’s going to cost them billions, their reputation, and most likely influence the other lawsuits in our favor.
I heard Judge Kavanaugh stole the secrets from Qualcomm and have them to Apple at a college party in 1985 that was hosted by stormy Daniels in a black leather bikini with crotchless panties.

lawyers "try" but they actually don't care if their clients win or loose. They get paid either way.
