Mildly put ridiculous. So now we are accusing Apple of stealing our trade secrets and sending them to none other than Intel? Where in the world do we come up with this c-ap? Any credibility our lawsuit might have had at some point in time is now completely gone. Brilliant move, truly.

As id--tic as it may seem, apple cc-ed Intel when requesting configuration of modem. So it was a gift for qualcomm indeed.
The evidence is explosive, and all the guessing in the replies is incorrect. The proof so solid and unethical, jaws will drop around the world. Total Game Changer. Once this comes out, expect to see anti-trust charges.
The court filing is heavily based on a posting that originated right here in the Intel section of this board. That should tell you on what kind of shaky ground it's built upon.
The email opens the door for discovery. Expect more ugly apple facts to come up.

Its been known for a while. Question is, will the lawyers be able to convince the judge. Might as well go all in now that there is no way out, but i hope they have a good strategy otherwise credibility will sink. Just wish multiple companies would gather and attack apple together.
Qualcomm has offered as evidence an email originating from Apple where Qualcomm IP was discussed with Intel in great detail. Apparently a Qualcomm contact was cc'd mistakenly. Apple tried to have the email suppressed and was unsuccessful. If you use Seeking Alpha there are several discussion threads on this topic although a few months old.
