Beware, the Dallas OC is being mismanaged. They are in the midst of destroying Operations by ineptly applying six sigma to a customer service environment. They need to get back to customer service and less emphasis on the "metrics". This includes allowing employees more time on the phone with customers by not making it a measurable metric that you use to discipline employees who spend too much time with a customer. It is a terrible place to work. I know because I moved to Dallas for a position in the Dallas OC . I left exactly one year to the day i started it is a sweat shop.
ILR is a pressure cooker revolving door job.
Country hick? I don't think so. My entire family is not inbred State Farm. Ha!
"Spoken like a true country hick...…" Name calling! Shows you their hypocrisy! SO MUCH FOR THEIR DIVERSITY WITHOUT INCLUSION!
inbm------definitely management!
Spoken like a true country hick.
SF was a great company to work for. Lots of sweatshop jobs at traffic gridlock locations. ILR is one of the worst departments with micromanaging leadership. We will mentally break you down in Dallas!
Stay thirsty my friends!
