As some have posted below. There are job openings below, and I have applied for them. I have received the normal “after careful consideration” when it should state “dear id--t, drop dead.” What I have seen is that many other supervisors in the building are moved to different positions no questions asked. Some are without any type of interviews whatsoever. How is that fair?!
There was a sales supervisor who was given a position that didn’t even exist until about two weeks ago so I heard. This company and its promotional opportunities are complete and utter bull. They state that they want everyone to succeed, but only the supervisors are the ones who get promoted to the better positions. This supervisor who was promoted would not even be qualified based upon what the position is called I would think based on the other companies I worked for. All you have to be is a supervisor, and you can be promoted and moved around. Am I the only one who sees this? I have interviewed with another company, and I hope to god I get this job. I cannot take this nepotism anymore.
