One of those so called "Barbie Dolls" happens to be one of the smartest employees I've ever had the chance to hire. You should feel lucky to have her represent you from a safety standpoint. If you kill yourself, it will most likely be from your own ignorance. Grow up and quit bashing people.
I had some dealings with the safety team in Waco when we needed some new equipment. We could prove everything we needed to buy met all safety requirements right off the shelf and out of the box. Safety 'team' turned into a huge safety 'committee' whose mission in life seemed to be to Stop Work. 4 months later we finally got our equipment (exactly what we needed right off the shelf and out of the crates with zero modification required) but by then we were hopelessly behind schedule.
