It looks like within a day of laying off employees, Steve M, George D, Mary G, and Reba W all received a bonus for hitting their goal. This is disgusting! They layoff hardworking employees critical to the business and are congratulated with a nice compensation. IT employees should protest and stop working for a few days to see if the company will still continue to function without them.

I think it’s telling that Mary fires a bunch of people and is scheduled to do her All Hands Meeting from India. If not intentional hint at the direction she is moving, then at the very least the optics are terrible for morale.
Anyone remember Mary's first all hands meeting where she said "I'm not here to get rid of people"?
