I am so sick of the quarterly buzz words, phrases and slogans...stop wasting time on this sh-- and get back to basics. Deliver or get booted out, no excuses.
Get rid of the management types in all areas that were managing fried chicken, burgers or HR at Walmart last year. We need seasoned personnel that know how to get things done and done right and cost effectively.
School kids and buzz words, two thirds of the workforce will not interface with the customer...we don't give a sh-- about teaching them sales pitches and slogans. Allow the techs to have materials on hand and time to do a excellent job. Leave the politics and bean counting to the managers.
