Thread regarding L3 Technologies layoffs

Management shuffle: done. Our turn?

So, we have a new president of comms, don’t know if this is the third or the fourth change in high management at L3 this year, but it doesn’t really matter cause Kubasik stated he’s done:

Kubasik spoke to Defense News ahead of the announcement, confirming that the executive leadership team is now set.

The quickest deflection is to layoff a lot of folks and claim inefficiencies and bloated leadership, that will buy you another year, the Street loves to hear that and taxes are lower on "special charges" on the bottom line.

The middle management layer that’s in place in Waco needs to be terrified... the new boss will not drink their Waco kool-aide, since his feet are being held to the fire. PD, JS, and all the others need to watch their backs.

Each President should be concerned, if they don't produce the results that are in the approved plan for their area of responsibility, they should be canned. There is a lot of talent in the economy that can take their place. Just like what they tell us folks at the lower rung of the ladder. Good for them to feel some pressure for once, all of them have to be feeling the heat right now, which means deflection with re-orgs and reduction of underperformers (smoke and mirrors) that have been used in the past to buy time for these leaders and their exit strategy will not work and they will be held accountable by our Supreme Leader and Board as it should be.
