Has anyone heard/seen any of the supposed layoffs this morning in Webster R&D?

I know UB directly pushed for outsourcing to India.
She also intervened to direct business to one specific partner. One has to wonder if there was any side-action greasing the deals.
JJ demonstrated clearly he was willing to sell out the company for personal gains.
It's dirty work, but someone has to pilfer millions from the Xerox coffers.
Agree, Indian outsource has not resulted in quality or on-time completions. In fact, outsourced app dev is what is at the root of the failure to reduce the application footprint, and makes cost a large multiple of benchmark. Mgmt cannot see this, as layer upon layer of managers do not get paid to see it or have the skills to do so.
DP went to India to outsource more engineering jobs. Smee-gle pushing for cost cuts, ignoring the value of employees.
Sad to see they have not learned from the mistakes of their predecessors.
I pray they don't sell more of their employees to foreign companies like they did with the building 300 & HCL.
Indian engineers have not measured up in quality or value for Xerox.
All quiet in Webster that I've seen. If there was any sort of RIF I'm sure people would have been chattering about it already.
The org is the people under the person with the initials DP.
"I'm in that org" - what org is that? R&D encompasses multiple orgs.
