For us, it was the SOS we've been hearing in our daily meetings. Customer focus, keep them shelves stocked,clean store blah,blah,blah with a skeleton crew....REALLY!

Ours was the same as yours. Blah, blah, blah, do more with less, a lot less.
We had cold cereal, donuts, and muffins. Gone are the pancakes and bacon of the previous manager.
Attendance was slim only about half the store bothered to show up.
I’ve think we’ve seen the good old days at Lowes.
