By stating hope for the best and expect the worst is my way of stating I have admitted fear. I did check out the message board last night, didn’t I? Expecting the worst only will only make things easier if things don’t pan out as you had hoped, that’s not being ignorant to the company’s issues.

You are correct, everyone is entitled to their feelings and I am not trying to tell anyone that is feeling any type of way about the situation that they are wrong for that.

The rumors and negativity with no validity posted to this message board from the past week is what I was addressing. To conquer the feelings that were brought to the surface recently, I choose to hope for the best, expect the worst and move on.

Have a great day

How can you expect the worse and have hope? Hope means you have expectations and belief of a positive outcome.

You stated be be the change you hope to see? I have spent 17 years in this company and I spend It being the hope, the change everyday. But I still have a right to my feelings. You can’t tell people how to feel. For someone to grow from a fear or negative emotion, they first must admit it is thier. It’s all part of the healing process. We must admit our mistakes before we learn.

We live the change everyday but we don’t lie to ourselves. Your advice on being ignorant of our company issues is destructive and does not help.
