There are couple of Directors and a Sr. Manager who has been given a task by MM to do restructuring in CCBU. Is anyone aware if there are any impacts so far on this plan ?

CCBU = spineless product management + corrupt engineering
Nothing left in this BU. Only Ex-Wipro guys are there to clean the shelves. Its a matter of time that this maintenance for on-prem work is outsourced permanently to Wipro. Cloud has burs ted way back. No Development.

I know these guys responsible for restructuring. They have ability to milk the Carcass and have survived like this for their life. Pathetic people. Start looking out for another opportunity.
Time to shutdown BXB CCBU. Corrupt VP, Dir, DE/PEs have siphoned $$$ off Cisco over the years.
This is done in phased way. In next three quarters, the staff is to be hired from a service vendor, preferably Wipro. Test bed maintenance and installer work will be done by them. Not sure about existing employees doing this activity.
